- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
To protect the service, we may monitor operational and security signals, including active connection diagnostics. Unknown socket sessions in the admin interface are displayed with masked IP addresses. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security and legal reasons.
5. User Submissions
If you submit feedback or contact messages, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that material to operate, support, and improve Wikiguessr. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions are lawful and do not violate third-party rights.
6. Third-Party Services and Content
Wikiguessr relies on third-party providers and content, including Wikipedia, Google services, Cookiebot, Cloudflare, and payment/donation tooling such as PayPal. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Advertising and Consent
The service may display ads. Use of ad/analytics technologies and consent controls is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Donations and Refunds
Donations to support Wikiguessr are voluntary and are not payments for goods or services. Except where required by applicable law, donations are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was unauthorized or fraudulent, contact [email protected] promptly so we can review the transaction.

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.
10. Disclaimers
